广义货币M2货币增发率13％ - GDP增长率6％ = 实际通货膨胀率只有7％ = 印钞机的跑步速度只有7％。很明显，大城市房价上涨速度是印钞机的3倍以上。印钞机是小偷，开发商和炒房囤房者是大偷，还好意思贼喊捉贼。
如果货币真的每年贬值13％，为什么千千万万的商品唯独房价在大涨？为什么美元对人民币汇率一直在6点几？
